Please log in to your AIM Club account to update your account information and event information. It is important for you to do both of these things so that your event tickets match the information in your account. Below are written out instructions that walk you through what needs updating and how to do it.

How to Update Your Account Information

  1. In the upper-right corner, click on “Login”
  2. Enter your username or email address and password in the corresponding fields.
    (you may click “Remember Me” to save you from performing this step in the future).
  3. On the left-hand vertical menu, click on “Addresses” and update/edit both your Billing and Shipping addresses. If the current information is correct, no action is necessary.
  4. Next, click on “Account Details” and please fill in all fields with updated and accurate information, including your coach information, co-pilot information, and pet information (if applicable). In fields which don’t apply (e.g. if no co-pilot), please mark with N/A
  5. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom. 

Your “Dashboard” will display the events you currently have tickets for.

Your “Subscriptions” will reflect your 1-year, 3-year, or lifetime subscription.

How to Update Your Event Ticket Information

  1. Head over to https://www.aimclub.org/
  2. In the upper-right corner, click on “Login”
  3. Enter your username or email address and password in the corresponding fields. (you may click “Remember Me” to save you from performing this step in the future).
  4. Once logged in, you’ll see “Your Upcoming Events” at the bottom. Click on “View Tickets.
  5. You’ll now see your ticket and Order #. Click on “+ Toggle attendee info” to reveal attendee information fields. 
  6. Fill in all fields with updated and accurate information, including your coach information, co-pilot information, and pet information (if applicable). In fields which don’t apply (e.g. if no co-pilot), please mark with N/A.
  7. Click the red “Update Ticket” button to save your changes.
  8. * Steps 4 through 7 MUST be done on all of your ticketed events. * Click on the “Account” button in the upper-right corner to return to your dashboard.
