The Great Hershey Hangout – An AIM Gathering

Join the AIM Club in September 2026 for The Great Hershey Hangout, a special AIM Gathering held during the world-famous Hershey RV Show.

What’s Included

Each AIM Club Rally is virtually all-inclusive — and this Gathering is no exception! Here’s what you can look forward to:

• 3-Day Pass to the Hershey Show

• Presidents’ Night Celebration on the first evening

• Daily Shuttle Service to and from the Hershey Show (for all 3 days)

• 3 Delicious Dinners and 1 Continental Breakfast

• Nightly Entertainment & Happy Hours

• 4 Nights of Full Hook-Up Camping

• And, of course, any extra surprises we dream up to make your stay extra special!

What is an AIM “Gathering”?

An AIM “Gathering” is a smaller version of a full AIM Club Rally. You’ll still enjoy the same great opportunities to make new friends and connect with fellow members, but with a more relaxed and affordable format.
While the rally fee is lower and fewer meals are included due to the Hershey Show schedule, your registration still covers all of the above.

Refund Policy

• 12+ weeks prior: 100% refund (minus $35 processing fee)

• 8–12 weeks prior: 75% refund (minus $35 fee)

• 6–8 weeks prior: 50% refund (minus $35 fee)

• 4–6 weeks prior: 25% refund (minus $35 fee)

• Less than 4 weeks prior: No refund

Note: A $35 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Ticket Policy

You may purchase only one of the following per RV:

• One 2-Person RV Ticket, or

• One 1-Person RV Ticket

If you wish to add a guest, please select the 2-Person RV Ticket and purchase an additional guest ticket as needed.
